Open your fuel door, slip Flappie over the filler neck, and fill up as usual. It hangs in place to take the knocks from the nozzle so your paintwork doesn’t have to. When you’re done, remove it and close the door.

No. Flappie is designed to protect paintwork, not mark it. It hangs cleanly over the filler neck without sticky adhesives or residue.

We currently ship within South Africa. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with courier delivery usually taking a further 2–5 business days depending on your location. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@flappie.co.za with your order number and photos where helpful. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Because Flappie is a fitted accessory, change-of-mind returns are assessed case by case. Unused items in original packaging may be eligible — please email us before sending anything back.

Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth when needed. Avoid soaking in water or harsh chemicals. Like any quality leather, a little care goes a long way.
