Products on this site are sold by Avermont Group (Pty) Ltd, trading as Flappie, based in South Africa. Contact: hello@flappie.co.za.

We aim to describe Flappie products accurately. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. We may update prices or product details at any time before you complete checkout.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept or decline orders at our discretion (for example if stock is unavailable or payment fails). Payment is processed securely via Yoco. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we send a confirmation email.

Delivery timeframes and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us promptly so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act. See Shipping & Returns for the full process.

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or misuse checkout or payment flows.

Flappie branding, product imagery, and site content belong to Avermont Group (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over disputes, without limiting any consumer rights you may have.
